The Art tatouille association was born in 2002 while we were simple students. Each of the members of the association is now launched in the active life but the envy to make the festival live remained intact. More than a space of meetings, the festival became a real space of expression allowing us to share the creation, the meetings of amateur theater from here and there.

 

Over the years we were able to receive troops come from France, Tunisia, Italy, Poland, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Belgium, Croatia, Morocco. So many cultures which were able to meet, to confide or to rediscover. All and every enthusiasts about theater, us gave them the possibility of expressing himself and of going to meet a curious public and too fascinated by theater.

 

The tenth edition of Théâtropes will take place from Friday May 1st to Sunday May 3rd 2015 in the Castle of Barjac.

 

"I want to go on the stage a public utility in the same way as the school and the hospital ". (Patrice Chéreau).

 

It is as such that we wish that the public Barjacois can meet and discover the work of all these troops of amateurs. The amateurism in the sense of the love and the passion. We wish that the work of these comedians, film directors, technicians every volunteers and enthusiasts is emphasized in the service of a public who is thirsty of culture. Thirst of a diverse and varied culture which goes from Yaounde to Barjac by way of all the theater stages of our regions where we play to offer itself to the public.

Progress of the festival

" Théâtropes, meetings of amateur theater from here and there " in May 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2015 in the castle of Barjac.

 

- On Friday, May 1st:

10:30 am: animations on the market of Barjac

8:30 pm: first performance.

9:30 pm: jar of opening of Théâtropes.

 

- On Saturday, May 2nd:

2:30 pm: the Second representation of Théâtropes, for the children of Barjac.

6:30 pm: the Third representation.

8:00 pm: buffet offered to the public, in the presence of the comedians.

9:00 pm: the Fourth representation.

 

Sunday, May 3rd:

12:30 am: meal in the presence of the public.

3:00 pm: the Fifth representation.


RULES

 

Article 1: call to application

 

We look for French and foreign troops, as well as theater company of street (French or foreign according to applications. It is planned to program a representation (among five parts,plays, to the children. We thus wait for applications of troops which can present us a show for small and big.

 

Article 2: meetings of amateur theater

 

The meetings of amateur theater address all the trainings (formations) of amateur theater which express themselves by means of the theater whatever is the nature of the representations: comedy, drama, lyric poet and practice voluntarily the theater in a permanent way and in non profit-making title.

 

Article 3: universal Language

 

As for the foreign troops, the public is not anxious to be multilingual, we thus ask the troops to take into account this specificity and to produce a show having an interest for all. The shows of French troops will be beforehand explained to the persons not understanding the language. Shows accessible to all are however welcome.

 

Article 4: registration

 

The registration to the festival is made at first on the forum of the web site: www.arttatouille.com. The troops will receive then confirmation of their registration and will have to send back a file completing their application by mail. The closing date of reception of files is December 15th.

 

Article 5: rooms(parts,plays) to be supplied

 

Certain count of documents will be asked during the sending of the file A plan of detailed light of the show

One or several photos / poster.

DVD of the show (recommended)

Any document allowing to make us an opinion on the show (if that this was not able to be seen by one of the members of the association) is welcome.

 

Article 6: selection of the troops

 

The troops will be selected according to various criteria:

The quality of the show

Number of persons in the troop

Equipment necessary for the representation.

 

Duration of the show

 

The office of the association will meet between 15 and on December 30th to establish the programming of the edition 2015. The selected troops will be contacted at the beginning of January. If the available funds of the troop do not correspond with the proposition made by the association, and if no arrangement is found, the troop in question must be deprogrammed to the advantage of another troop be candidate. Every programmed troop will receive a letter of commitment.

 

Article 7: defrayal

 

Because of the fragile financial balance of the festival, the Art tatouille association is not capable of supplying mileages.

A contribution to costs of travel will be envisaged depending of each case for the foreign troops.

We advise you to come by car to have a bigger freedom spot time.

 

Article 8: accommodation

 

The accommodation of the participating troops as well as their meal will be taken care by the association of Friday, May 1st (in the evening), until Sunday, May 3rd (at the noon)

All the troops will be accommodated in bungalow a few kilometers away from Barjac. The foreign Troops will have the possibility of remaining spot until Monday, April 30th morning.

The persons companions having no function( in the troop (concerning the presented show will not be taken care by the association and will have to participate in expenses. A fixed price show + accommodation will be proposed to them for the weekend

 

Article 9: material(equipment)

 

 4 PC 1000w 10 by 64 among which 6 on a bar(helm) for him(it) against 4 cuts 575 25 50 ° 1 block of power 12 x 2kw

A manual console 12/24 without memory(report)

A system of distribution(broadcasting) adapted to the room with console and 2 readers cd.

The multi-purpose hall of the castle of Barjac is completely equipped at the expense of the Art tatouille association to facilitate the technical changes between the various shows.

The space bounded by the structure makes approximately 7 m of opening by 6 of the depth, there is no real face, it is two feet arranged laterally that replaces it.

The height of ceiling is about 3.50.

 

Article 10: decorations

 

The organizers are not anxious to supply decorationand accessory (allowing exception). Every company will thus have to take its measures accordingly, while knowing that the time of dismantling of the decoration will not exceed one hour

 

Article 11: insurance

 

The material(equipment) given to the troops is taken care by the association. The troops which supply their own material(equipment), are responsible for it. The association makes a commitment to take an insurance for the troops, except the civil liability of every individual.

 

Article 12: modification of the programming

 

Because of money troubles (Budgetary restrictions on behalf of local authorities) and of logistic problems, the Art tatouille association can decide to bring modifications to the programming of "Théâtropes". These modifications will possibly be envisaged two months before the date of the festival according to the answers brought by the various concerned local authorities.

Festival Internacional de teatro Amateur de Pápa (Hungria)


Avances 2015:

22º Festival Internacional de Teatro Amateur, Pápa, Hungría,,del  2 al 5 de julio 2015


El Centro Nacional aita / iata de Hungría, junto con los organizadores del festival están orgullosos de anunciar que el prestigioso e internacionalmente aclamado festival de teatro en el nombre de István Horváth Júnior, que antiguamente se celebrada en Kazincbarcika ha encontrado un nuevo hogar en Pápa, Hungría occidental.


El predecesor de este festival internacional era tradicionalmente un encuentro competitivo de la juventud y de teatro amateur de adultos de alta calidad artística, de genero experimental y fuerte atractivo para la audiencia. Los organizadores tienen la intención de continuar con estas características.


Los organizadores invitan a la participación internacional de 6 o 7 compañias que traten todo tipo de estilos de interpretación con grupos de hasta 12 personas con una actuación de no más de 90 minutos.

Festival Internacional de teatro Amateur de Pápa (Hungria)


Avances 2015:

22º Festival Internacional de Teatro Amateur, Pápa, Hungría,,del  2 al 5 de julio 2015


El Centro Nacional aita / iata de Hungría, junto con los organizadores del festival están orgullosos de anunciar que el prestigioso e internacionalmente aclamado festival de teatro en el nombre de István Horváth Júnior, que antiguamente se celebrada en Kazincbarcika ha encontrado un nuevo hogar en Pápa, Hungría occidental.


El predecesor de este festival internacional era tradicionalmente un encuentro competitivo de la juventud y de teatro amateur de adultos de alta calidad artística, de genero experimental y fuerte atractivo para la audiencia. Los organizadores tienen la intención de continuar con estas características.


Los organizadores invitan a la participación internacional de 6 o 7 compañias que traten todo tipo de estilos de interpretación con grupos de hasta 12 personas con una actuación de no más de 90 minutos.

33º FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE TEATRO IZMIR (Turquia)


En este año hemos organizado 33 ª Festival Internacional de Teatro de Izmir. Nos gustaría invitarle a unirse a nosotros en este momento.

Queremos dar lugar a grupos de aficionados de teatro de espectáculos de calle (teatros, actuaciones personales, demostraciones, etc.).

Nosotros vamos a cubrir los gastos de su transporte, Accoomodacion y comidas. Aparte de éstos por favor infórmenos acerca de sus precios por actuación.

El Festival tendrá lugar del 27 marzo al 15 abril 2015 en Izmir - Turquía.

IX FESTIVAL NACIONAL DE TEATRO AFICIONADO 2015 - DOS HERMANAS

ORGANIZA: CONCEJALÍA DE JUVENTUD Y CULTURA -EXCMO. AYUNTAMIENTO DE DOS HERMANAS

BASES DEL CONCURSO

1ª.- El Festival se celebrará en la ciudad de Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), desarrollándose los días 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19 y 25 de abril de 2015.

2º.- Podrán concursar todos los grupos de teatro de ámbito regional o nacional que lo deseen, que estén constituidos legalmente como Asociaciones Culturales, sin ánimo de lucro y dispongan del correspondiente Código de Identificación Fiscal. NO PODRÁN PARTICIPAR ENTIDADES QUE NO REÚNAN ESTOS REQUISITOS

3º.- Cada grupo presentará a concurso LAS OBRAS QUE DESEE aunque solo podrá serle seleccionada UNA OBRA, cuya duración aproximada no ha de ser inferior a 50 minutos, ni superior a 120 minutos.

4º.- Todas las representaciones se realizarán en el Teatro Municipal Juan Rodríguez Romero de Dos Hermanas.

5º.- Hasta un máximo de 2 grupos de teatro aficionado locales del municipio de Dos Hermanas podrán representar, fuera de concurso, los días 8 y 9 de abril de 2015, respetándose el orden de antigüedad de creación de los mismos, para escoger el día de representación.

6º.- En la Gala de clausura representará la Coordinadora Andaluza de Teatro Aficionado, con espectáculo propio o encargado a alguna asociación coordinada o a algún grupo hermano.

7º.- Los grupos concursantes NO RECIBIRÁN los premios obtenidos a nivel colectivo, si no acude al menos un representante de los mismos, que esté incluido/a en la relación de personas de la Ficha Técnica, al acto de Clausura y entrega de premios, que tendrá lugar el día 25 de abril de 2015. Para recoger los Premios individuales será imprescindible la presencia física de la persona premiada. Esta cláusula será de ESTRICTO CUMPLIMIENTO, no entregándose ni los trofeos ni la dotación económica de los mismos, si no se está presente en el Acto de Clausura.

8º.- La participación en el Festival supone la plena aceptación de las bases, quedando facultada la organización para resolver cualquier imprevisto, así como modificar cualquier punto de las presentes Bases.

9º.- Las características básicas del espacio escénico donde se va a desarrollar el Festival, el Teatro Municipal Juan Rodríguez, son las siguientes:

10ª.- Todas las representaciones serán en idioma español.

11ª.- Los Grupos de Teatro no profesionales que deseen tomar parte en el proceso de selección deberán remitir, dentro del plazo previsto en estas bases, la siguiente documentación, bien en formato digital o bien en formato físico:

A.- EN FORMATO DIGITAL, MEDIANTE CORREO ELECTRÓNICO

                         Solicitud cumplimentada en formato PDF o WORD

                         Enlace al vídeo completo de la obra en Internet (Deben garantizarse que el enlace funciona correctamente, porque en caso de problemas de acceso, se descartará la solicitud automáticamente)

                        Copia en formato PDF o JPG del C.I.F. del grupo

                        Copia en formato PDF o JPG de la declaración de la exención de I.V.A., Carácter Social de la Asociación, o en su defecto, Declaración Jurada del representante de que la entidad no tiene ánimo de lucro.

                        Historial del grupo en formato WORD o PDF o enlace a su visión en Internet..

                        Copia íntegra en formato PDF o WORD de la obra a representar o enlace a su visión en Internet..

                        Autorización, en su caso, de la Sociedad General de Autores para representar la obra (si se es seleccionado).

                         Ficha Técnica y artística de la obra, en formato PDF o JPG.

                         Fotografías de la representación, en formato PDF o JPG o enlace a su visión en Internet.

                         Críticas de prensa si las hubiera en formato PDF o enlace a su visión en Internet.

 

B.- EN FORMATO FÍSICO, MEDIANTE CORREO POSTAL

                         Solicitud según modelo adjunto.

                         Copia íntegra de la grabación de la obra en DVD o CDRom

                         Fotocopia o copia escaneada del C.I.F. del grupo.

                         Declaración de la exención de I.V.A., Carácter Social de la Asociación, o en su defecto, Declaración Jurada del representante de que la entidad no tiene ánimo de lucro.

                         Historial del grupo, impreso

                         Ejemplar original o copia integra de la obra a representar y autorización, en su caso, de la Sociedad General de Autores para representar la obra (si se es seleccionado). .

                         Ficha Técnica y artística de la representación.

                         Fotografías de la representación, en CDRom y formato de imágenes, no DVD.

                         Críticas de prensa si las hubiera.

 

La Solicitud y la posibilidad de visualizar la copia íntegra de la obra en Internet o en formato DVD, serán imprescindibles para aceptar la inscripción del grupo.

La autorización, en su caso, de la Sociedad General de Autores para representar la obra podrá aportarse cuando se inscriben, o bien, solo si son seleccionados para participar.

La omisión de alguno de estos requisitos excluirá automáticamente al grupo del proceso de selección.

12º.- El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes finalizará el día 23 de febrero de 2015, a las 24:00 horas.

13ª.- En aras a propiciar una mayor participación y facilitar más posibilidades, los grupos que hayan obtenido el Primer Premio o el Segundo Premio a la Mejor Representación en una edición, no podrán concursar en la edición siguiente, aunque presenten otra obra diferente a la premiada.

14ª.- La gestión y pago de los derechos de autor que puedan corresponder a la Sociedad General de Autores de España, correrán a cargo de la organización del Festival.

15º.- Las obras que se envíen, en caso de ser seleccionadas, deberán ser representadas sin cambios de texto con respecto al enviado. La modificación de alguna de sus partes, tanto omisiones como añadidos sobre el texto enviado, puede ser causa de descalificación, así como la supresión o cambio de actores o actrices participantes, según la documentación recibida en la solicitud de participación.

16ª.- El Jurado estará compuesto por: Doña Marta Caro, Coordinadora de la Concejalía de Cultura, como Presidenta; Don Antonio Morillas, Director del Festival, como Secretario, otra persona de la Concejalía de Cultura designada por su titular; un representante de cada uno de los medios de comunicación locales La Semana, El Nazareno y Televisión Nazarena; un representante de cada uno de los grupos de teatro locales y un técnico del Teatro Municipal.

17ª.- El Jurado, constituido en Comité de Selección determinará, en base a la documentación recibida y circunstancias teatrales de cada grupo, los 6 grupos que han de intervenir en el Certamen y 5 grupos más como reservas, en el plazo límite del día 13 de marzo de 2015.

Dos Hermanas, considerando el total de kilómetros sumando la ida y la vuelta y a tenor del cálculo de la ruta más corta de la página Web www.guiarepsol.es, garantizándose un mínimo de 250,00 euros si el cálculo de los gastos de transporte no alcanza este importe y hasta un máximo de 700,00 euros si el cálculo sobrepasa este importe.

28º.- A todos los grupos participantes se les facilitará un refrigerio el día de su representación.

29º.- Las labores de carga/descarga y montaje/desmontaje de decorados y escenografía serán realizadas íntegramente por personal del Grupo participante.

30º.- La organización NO FACILITARÁ elementos escenográficos de ningún tipo.

31º.- El personal técnico que se pone a disposición de los grupos participantes no está obligado a realizar ningún trabajo de carga o descarga, ni de picado de focos, ni de colocación de escenografía, que son tareas que deben asumir los grupos participantes.

32º.- Los posibles daños materiales, personales o accidentales que se puedan producir a causa de las representaciones, serán responsabilidad exclusiva de cada grupo participante. A este respecto deberán aportar la contratación de un Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil que cubra cualquier incidencia de la representación

33ª.- La documentación enviada por vía correo postal quedará en poder de la Organización y no se devolverá (se aconseja hacer copia de la misma) pudiendo utilizarse en el presente Festival o en posteriores ediciones del mismo.

34ª.- La presentación de la documentación exigida implica la aceptación de las presentes bases en su totalidad.

35ª.- Para todos los grupos participantes, dentro y fuera de concurso, la presentación de la documentación exigida implica la aceptación de que la representación pueda ser grabada en formato de imagen íntegramente y emitida por las televisiones locales de Dos Hermanas.

38ª.- Cualquier circunstancia no prevista en las presentes bases será resuelta de forma inapelable por la Organización del Festival
